The gross annual salary range  from  BDT 2,057,148/- to BDT 2,225,016/-

Duty Station:
Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar

Job Purpose:
S/he will provide leadership and technical guidance for all of Concern’s food security and livelihoods projects’ interventions according to the Cox’s Bazar Rohingya Emergency Response strategy, including adapting and updating the strategy with learning. S/he will be responsible for providing assistance to the Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL) project staff with technical guidelines for project selection project planning & development implementation of innovations and changes for sustainability monitoring of field activities and strengthening liaison with government and local partners.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
Providing technical, management and supervision oversight for Concern’s food security and livelihoods project in Cox’s Bazar, targeting Rohingya camp and host communities
Providing the technical strategic direction for food security, livelihoods and DRR programming, including adaptation of the emergency response strategy accordingly
Coordination of program adaption to emergencies including alignment of implementation modalities to COVID-19 and seasonal occurrences especially monsoon and cyclones
Carry out training and build the capacity of Concern staff and partners in all aspects of cash-based and/or market-based programming, including for implementation, adaptation, monitoring and evaluation of market-based and cash-based programming.
Liaising with government liaison team in Concern, at both Cox’s Bazar and Dhaka level, for timely project implementation permissions by national, district and camp level authorities
Actively engage in and represent Concern in the Cash Working Group and Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL) Sub-Sector
Promoting and ensuring compliance with the requirements of Concern’s Code of Conduct and its associated safeguarding policies and Core Humanitarian Standards of Accountability (CHS) to ensure maximum protection to programme beneficiaries, and to welcome feedback.
Any other duties as specified by the Line Manager/Country Director/Emergency Director.
Key Requirements:
Minimum Bachelors’ Degree in Agricultural Science or  Economics or Business with an Agricultural back ground or any other related  field
At least 7 years-experience including humanitarian and/or recovery or resilience food security and livelihoods programmes
Demonstrated experience in one of the technical areas (food security/distribution, cash transfers, agricultural revival, support for trade and small businesses/entrepreneurship, etc.)
Demonstrated leadership and previous work experience with emergency response programming
Strong ability to manage and deal with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse program team
Demonstrated strong writing and oral presentation skills
Dynamic and willing to take initiatives to complete assigned task, and work independently
Working with major international donors and grants compliance requirements
Proven experience in resource planning & budget management
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage change effectively
Knowledge of Core Humanitarian Standards, Sphere and HAP Standards and other international humanitarian guidelines and protocols
Demonstrated ability of inclusion and accountability in programming
Delegation, time management and prioritizing skills and coping with broad range of demands
Critical thinking and analytical skills and problem solving abilities
Empathy with Concern’s Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives
