Job Title: Deputy Manager/Manager, Supply Chain
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Planning delivery timetables
- Ensuring stores have enough stock
- Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand
- Overseeing the ordering and packaging process
- Monitoring stock levels
- Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination
- Ensure all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI shipment, conditions, negotiation etc.) through overseas phone and e-mail.
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day work of the incumbents to ensure proper and smooth distribution of goods and materials in the market to achieve sales target.
- Responsible for timely importation and communication with supplier.
- Forecasting customer demand.
- Ensure timely distribution as per order.
- Supplier relationship management. I
- nternal and external collaboration.
- Initiatives to reduce lead time.
- Responsible for prepare & submit monthly, quarterly and annual report to the management.
- Oversee the proper maintenance of inventory to ensure optimal stock level for uninterrupted supply of the goods and materials as per demand of the customer.
Educational Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Management / Operation Management / Related subject in International Business or
- MBA (Related Subjects) from reputed universities like: DU, NSU, EWU, IUB, AIUB or Equivalent.
Experience Requirements;
- At least 7-10 year(s) after education including 3 years as Asst. Manager in Supply Chain / Commercial in a group of Companies.
- The applicants should have experience in corporate environment.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 32 to 40 year(s).
- Must have literacy in computer, email and software use.
- Must have good leader ship skill, communication skill and self-motivation.
