Position Title: Sales Manager / Representative

Job Context : Looking for a Sales Executive for the FMCG/CPG industry.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the Business Plan for the sales channels and control/monitor the Sales budget to ensure optimum allocation of resources to different businesses of the company.
  • Responsible for growth & development of Personal care / Confectionary / Beverages portfolio
  • Introduce the Bangladesh market region to the group.
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives and sales and revenue targets
  • Retain and nurture existing customers, ensuring repeat sales, volume growth, increased rate of sale and customer satisfaction
  • Open quality new customers, promoting distribution through approved route to market partners
  • Build effective trading relationships with key decision-makers.

Employment Status: FullTime

Workplace: Work at office

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Interpersonal skill, B2B Sales, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements
