বিভিন্ন ব্যাংক, করপোরেশন, কমার্শিয়াল বা রিটেইল বিজনেস সংক্রান্ত কার্যক্রমের সঙ্গে ন্যূনতম ১২ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। এরমধ্যে ব্রাঞ্চ ম্যানেজার হিসেবে কমপক্ষে ৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

বড় ধরনের বাণিজ্যিক ব্যাংকের রিয়েল টাইম বিজনেস সংক্রান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণে সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে। ইন্টারপারসোনাল স্কিল, ইন্ফুলেন্স করা সক্ষমতা, সম্পর্ক উন্নয়ন ও দল পরিচালনার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।

বিশেষ করে কর্মীদের থেকে কাজ আদায় করার কৌশল, নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে টার্গেট পূরণের জন্য মানসিক ভাবে প্রস্তুতি থাকতে হবে।এই পদে চূড়ান্ত নিয়োগ পেলে কর্মস্থল হবে বগুড়া, ঢাকা, খুলনা, রাজশাহী ও সিলেটের বিভিন্ন শাখায়।
