NAZABI is a mix of various initiative ranging from manufacturing, assembly, retail, logistics, sourcing, engineering, industrial testing facility, IT and growing. NAZABI announces vacancy in the Cosmetics Business “Sales” division as Officer, Sales. This is a full-time position. Payment is subject to the Organizational salary scale however this position offers a mix of Fixed salary & target based commission earning possibility. The chosen candidate must present a Credible track record & must be Self Motivated.
Tasks of the Sales Officer:
- Liaise between customers & company to best manage the sales Activity around the country.
- Handle large number of customer calls & arrange required support.
- Create & Coordinate with distributors to achieve organizational goal.
- Best demonstrate team player attitude in this division.
- This position comes with sales responsibility, authority, team management, target setting & drive the sales targets.
Candidates should fulfil the following requirements:
- Good proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in Sales activity in a Cosmetics Industry.
- Excellent proficiency in Bengali (spoken and written)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while seeing to a wide range of different Product SKU. Cosmetics retail experience & distributor management will be considered as a must have experience.
- Ability to work independently and creatively and to take initiative.
- Strong abilities in interpersonal communication, presenting content, layout / design and report-writing
