বিজ্ঞপ্তি অনুসারে ব্যাংক অ্যান্ড ফাইন্যান্স বিভাগের কার্যক্রম সম্পর্কে সম্যক ধারণা থাকতে হবে। প্রার্থীদের বয়সসীমা ২৮-৩৫ বছরের মধ্যে হতে হবে।
নারী ও পুরুষ উভয় আবেদন করতে পারবেন। প্রার্থীদের বিশ্লেষণ করা সক্ষমতা, মার্কেটের চাহিদা বুঝার দক্ষতা, দল পরিচালনার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
চূড়ান্ত নিয়োগের পর চট্টগ্রাম, ঢাকা, গাজীপুর, যশোর, রাজশাহী, সিলেট, ঢাকায় কাজের আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে।
