চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ

Closely work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs & providing timely support to the Hiring Manager to achieve hiring & department goals.
Plan and maintain an appropriate recruitment procedure to ensure BHL will have the best talent for each position.
Determine selection criteria for position by position.
Along with job portals, source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
Be Ambassador for employer branding initiatives.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
Ensure adhering with Honda COC by avoiding conflict of interest.
