This position will be responsible for overseeing the GVB component of DFAT funded protection component of the protection sector. Assist Project Manager in different assigned activities, overseeing and monitoring the staff & field operations, planning, reporting, procuring materials, and providing logistics support in order to run the activity smoothly. Engage & aware of a large number of community people on different protection issues.

জেন্ডার ইস্যু, উইমেন এমপাওয়ারমেন্ট নিয়ে কমপক্ষে ২ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। ইন্টারপারসনোল স্কিল থাকতে হবে।

কম্পিউটার চালনায় দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। ইংরেজি ও বাংলা ভাষায় সাবলীল হতে হবে। বিশেষ করে চট্টগ্রামের স্থানের ভাষায় যোগাযোগ রক্ষায় পটু হতে হবে। শারীরিক প্রতিবন্ধরাও আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

চাপ সামলে কাজের আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে। চূড়ান্ত নিয়োগের পর প্রার্থীদের কক্সবাজারের টেকনাফ, উখিয়ায় কাজ করতে হবে।

বেতন ও সুযোগ সুবিধা : বেতন আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে। মোবাইল বিল, সাপ্তাহিক দুইদিন ছুটি, বিমা, দুপুরের খাবার, বছরে দুইবার উৎসব ভাতা প্রদান করা হবে।
