Job Description / Responsibility
- Candidate must have good experience in consumer industry like detergent, toiletries and related consumer products.
- Frequent market visit to hunt and build business relationship with retailers, dealer and stakeholders for organizational goals.
- Appoint new distributor for new products.
- Continuously visit & convince retailers to manage sales of product and to promote different products.
- Ability to work under pressure & to deadlines – Self motivated, independently and as a team.
- Work with month to month sales target and become example for others to follow as a successful target achiever.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management time to time
Educational Requirements
HSC/Graduate/Masters
Job Requirements
- For Sales Officer,1 to 2 year working experience inconsumer goods is must.
- Strong communication skill both in Bengali and English.
- Computer literacy is must.
