Job Context
This position is created to prevent and recover the loss from the mishandling, misappropriation and theft cases of products or equivalent value.
Job Responsibilities
Develop system to prevent leakage and reduce theft
Act promptly incase of missing parcel and theft issues by riders (Pickup agent & Delivery agent) and Hub personnel
Proper follow up to ensure collection and pending payments
Work closely with security team to ensure safety and security of merchant’s products
Analyze the trends of missing parcel, theft and damage issues and build action plan

Educational Requirements
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Skills Required: Analytical ability, Effective Communication, Intuition Identification Skill, Risk Management
Experience Requirements
At least 5 year(s)
