Executive/Sr. Executive, Retail & Corporate (Sales)

Job Context:
We are looking for some young, energetic, Intelligent, dedicated competitive and trustworthy Sales person to help us build up our business activities. These position responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure Customer attending & service to the Showroom.
- Finding business opportunity from corporate Market. (for Male only)
- Plan and implement sales initiatives and measures.
- Daily sales vs achievement report provides to the Manager.
- Propose & Implement different plans for increasing sales.
- Ensure daily sales, service, support, coverage, reporting, and compliance).
- Ensure new product feedback, update overall product feedback of both own company and competitors.
- Collecting Market Report from competitors.
- Participate Daily monthly sales meeting.
- Analysis for sales developing.
- Finding Sales increasing and decreasing reason.
- Making Foot Fall increasing plan, making delivery schedule
- Maintaining good communication with production.
- Short & long term planning for achieving the value & volume target as set by the organization.
- Doing all sorts of tasks regarding quotation, delivery & payment collection,
- Hunting, preparing and capitalizing Tender Business.

Educational Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Experienced person will get advantage.
- Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, (Intelligent, Creative & Dedicated Person will get advantage)
Experience Requirements
- At least (2) years’ Experience in any reputed Retail Showroom.
- Candidate having experience in the furniture sector & expertise to use (MS excel & PowerPoint) also will be given preference. Fresher candidates with required educational background & additional requirements are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 20 to 35 years
- Smart & Highly representable personality
- Both Male/Female are allowed to apply
- Communication skills (in Bangla and English).
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Ability to communicate with multicultural people using International language -English (Listening, Speaking & Writing),
- Profession required computer skills. Specially (MS excel)
- Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending new products; recommending facilities and service improvements.
- Have the capacity to make credit sales and maintain 100% collection record.
- Addressing customer satisfaction issues promptly.
Job Location: Specially for Dhaka, Rangpur or (Anywhere in Bangladesh)
Salary: Tk. 16000 – 25000 (Monthly)
