পদের নাম : সিনিয়র প্রোগ্রাম অফিসার। পদের সংখ্যা : নির্ধারিত না। আবেদন যোগ্যতা : সোশ্যাল সায়েন্স, এনভায়রনমেন্ট সায়েন্স, ডেভেলপমেন্ট স্টাডিজ বা সমমান বিষয়ে মাস্টার্স ডিগ্রি থাকতে হবে।
সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে কমপক্ষে ৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে কাজ সম্পন্ন করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
উপস্থাপনার কৌশল, যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা, বাংলা ও ইংরেজি ভাষায় কথা বলায় পারদর্শী হতে হবে। এছাড়াও ওয়াস, ক্লাইমেট চেঞ্জ বিষয়ে জানাশোনা থাকতে হবে।
জনসচেতনতা, উন্নয়ন ও সোশ্যাল জাস্টিজ নিয়ে কাজের আগ্রহ থাকতে থাকতে হবে।
বেতন ও সুযোগ সুবিধা : ৮৫০০০-৯৩০০০ টাকা। এছাড়াও প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড, গ্রাচুয়েটি/প্রজেক্ট কম্প্লিটেশন বেনিফিট, ফেস্টিভাল বোনাস, লাইফ ইন্সুরেন্স, হসপিটালিটি ইন্সুরেন্স ও মোবাইল বিল প্রদান করা হবে।
