Position: Sr. Executive/ Executive, Administration Department
Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities. Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
Job Description / Responsibility:
1.Monitor housekeeping activities, security system, health and hygiene, transports management activities.
2.Liaising with vendors for admin needs
3.Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
4.Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
5.Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
6.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
7.Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
8.Provides information by answering questions and requests.
9.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Bachelor degree in any discipline
BBA/ MBA in any discipline from any reputed University.
Candidate with Administrative background will get preference.
Age 25 to 35 years

Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience
The ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors.
